Show your employees how much you truly care about their well-being by investing in onsite Reiki and meditation practices for them, weekly, twice a month or monthly.

Offering regular Reiki sessions to your employees will allow them to relax and recharge their batteries and return to their work refreshed and ready to focus. These sessions will be a highlight for you and your staff. You will notice the positive changes Reiki and meditation provide!

Forward thinking companies and non-profits are introducing complementary therapies into the workplace as part of their employee wellness program and stress management strategy. Local companies here in Minnesota are also leveling up when it comes to their employee wellness plans. They are demonstrating in new and different ways that they care about their employees’ well-being, and they are starting to do things differently, like bringing Reiki and meditation into the workplace and sending people to sound baths. Let me be part of your company’s journey into this new level of caring and well-being for your employees.

The Benefits of Reiki for your Team

Besides demonstrating to your employees how much you truly care for their well-being, Reiki is an extremely effective technique for stress and anxiety release, which can be present in the workplace. Stress is the number one cause of dis-ease, unhappiness, physical pain and fatigue, conflict in relationships, and frustration among both employees and leaders. Because employees will feel emotionally and physically better, especially with receiving consistent Reiki treatments, companies can see a reduction in sick time taken, greater focus and increased productivity, healthier relationships, and increased morale and creativity, all of which ultimately result in increased employee engagement and loyalty.

Reiki is a gentle mind, body, spirit healer that:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety

  • Increases energy levels

  • Relaxes the body, brain and nervous system

  • Promotes an increased sense of positive well-being

  • Improves focus

  • Brings a sense of peace and calm

  • Boosts the immune system

  • Balances the subtle energy body

  • Reduces physical pain

  • Releases emotional blocks

In addition to the benefits listed above, people experience being filled with a sensation of release, peace, vitality, and joy. Reiki facilitates changes in all areas of our body and life, creating harmony with and in the physical, mental, and emotional systems.

Scientific research studies have proven that Reiki improves both physical and mental health symptoms, including but not limited to, pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and well-being (The Center for Reiki Research Published Online:16 Dec 2019

What to expect

Reiki sessions take place on your business premises, and each Reiki session lasts approximately 20 minutes. I need a quiet room where I can set up my healing table and create the right environment for relaxation and stress reduction.

Receivers are fully clothed laying face up on a massage table. Lights are dimmed (may have battery operated candles) with soft solfeggio music playing. I take a few moments to settle us into the present, set intentions and then I channel Reiki for the remaining time.

Interested employees can sign up ahead of time for 20-minute sessions and will be asked to complete 2 client forms.

Receiving regular Reiki sessions will result in optimal benefits for the receiver, their nervous system and the rest of their body.

Below is a quote about Reiki in hospitals. Patients feel like they are in a truly caring environment. If this is how patients in hospitals feel, imagine how your employees can feel about the company they work for if you invest in their well-being in this way.

A spokesperson from Columbia Integrative Medicine Program at the New York Presbyterian Hospital (CIMP) perhaps expresses it best, saying, “I find the practice of Reiki very rewarding, as a practitioner. Patients have reported deep relaxation and a sense of profound healing, after one session. I feel that Reiki is a huge asset for any hospital setting, because patients sense that they are in a truly caring environment."
