Set beneath the open sky, this evening invites you to rest, receive, and remember. Join us for a deeply nourishing sound bath out in nature and experience the shimmering tones of crystal singing bowls, the rhythm of healing drums, the innocence of chimes, and the grounding resonance and cosmic reach of the Planetary Earth Gong. Your body unwinds, softens and let’s go. Your mind calms and quiets. Your heart opens and receives…maybe even feels playful. Your frequency changes….uplevels. You will leave feeling deeply restored, expanded, and reconnected to both the Earth beneath you and the vastness of the cosmos above. Logistics for outdoor Sound Bath Under the Stars: We will be on our property so things will work a bit differently. * Feel free to come as much as 30 minutes early to get parked and settled. * The sound bath will take place on our tennis court. * Our home bathroom will be open for use before and after the sound bath, but not during. * Please carpool as much as possible. We have a long driveway - long enough to fit about 15 cars, and we are working on additional parking in the neighborhood. * Bring anything to make yourself comfortable including a yoga mat, sheet/blanket, pillow, eye mask, and water. You are welcome to bring an air mattress, too, and air it up here if you'd like. We have 12 yoga mats and 12 blankets for anyone who may need them. We only have 3 bolsters for under your knees. We also have some eye masks. First come, first serve. * Start time is a little later than usual so it is dark at the end and you can open your eyes and see the starry sky while I’m sending you into the cosmos with the gong - and I'll be playing it louder since we will be outside! 💫🪐🌟 Address: 5541 Kilgore Rd Wise, VA 24293 If the weather interferes, we will reschedule and move everyone to another date that works for you.
